SUMMARY:

This agenda item contains three attachments that together will provide an update on the Fisheries and Aquatic Habitat Collaborative Effort (FAHCE): Attachment 1 is the staff report prepared by the Guadalupe-Coyote Resource Conservation District (GCRCD), and Attachments 2 and 3 contain the agenda memo and presentation, respectively, prepared by the Santa Clara Valley Water District (SCVWD).

 

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

There is no financial impact associated with this item.

 

 

CEQA:

The recommended action does not constitute a project under CEQA because it does not have a potential for resulting in direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
