Adopt the Resolutions EXPRESSING APPRECIATION to outgoing SCW IMC members.

SUMMARY:
Resolutions expressing appreciation are presented for Board adoption recognizing those committee members leaving service who regularly attended scheduled meetings. The following SCW IMC members terms have expired and have regularly participated in the SCW IMC meetings. With this item staff submits Resolutions of Appreciation for Board consideration.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:
The funds associated with developing and mailing Resolutions of Appreciation are budgeted in the Office of the Clerk of the Board for Fiscal Year 2021.

The recommended action does not constitute a project under CEQA because it does not have a potential for resulting in direct or reasonable foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
