Recommendation
Adopt the Resolution DECLARING JUNE 19, 2024, AS "JUNETEENTH INDEPENDENCE DAY" IN RECOGNITION OF JUNE 19, 1865, THE DATE ON WHICH SLAVERY ENDED IN THE UNITED STATES.
