Standing Items Report.
This item allows the Environmental and Water Resources Committee to receive verbal or written updates and discuss the Board's Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Work Plan Strategies. These items are generally informational; however, the Committee may request additional information and/or provide collective input to the assigned Board Committee.

SUMMARY:
The Santa Clara Valley Water District Environmental and Water Resources Committee is an official board advisory committee that assists the board with policies and issues pertaining to water supply, flood protection and environmental stewardship.
In January 2022, the Board of Directors approved aligning the Board Advisory Committees’ agendas and work plans with the Board’s yearly work plan.
The new agenda format will allow regular reports on the Board’s priorities from the Board’s committees and/or Board committee representative and identify subjects where the committees could provide advice to the Board on pre-identified subjects in a timely manner to meet the Board’s schedule and distribute information/reports that may be of interest to committee members.
ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE IMPACT:
The Standing Items Report is not subject to environmental justice analysis.
