RECOMMENDATION: Recommendation
The tour of various project sites is for informational purposes only and no staff recommendation or action is requested to be taken by the Independent Monitoring Committee (Committee) at this time.

SUMMARY:
The Committee will take an in-person tour of the following sites:
1. Partnerships for the Conservation of Habitat Lands Project: Juristac
2. Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofit Project
3. Upper Llagas Creek Flood Protection Project
The tour will commence from Valley Water Headquarters at approximately 8:30 a.m., following the conclusion of the business portion of the meeting.
Tour Information and Requirements:
• The tour is in person only. A shuttle will depart from Valley Water Headquarters after the business portion of the meeting has concluded.
• All tour participants are required to complete and submit a waiver form by September 24.
• All visitors, including members of the public, are required to wear the provided personal protective equipment (PPE) while on site.
• Participants should wear closed-toe shoes or boots, long pants, sleeves, and are encouraged to bring sun protection.
ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE IMPACT:
There are no environmental justice impacts associated with this item.
