Body

SUMMARY:

The Safe, Clean Water Program requires that the Valley Water Board establish an external Independent Monitoring Committee (IMC) responsible for conducting an annual review and providing an annual report regarding the implementation of the program's intended results. The Board established the IMC in February 2021 by adopting Resolution No. 21-10, PROVIDING FOR A SAFE, CLEAN WATER AND NATURAL FLOOD PROTECTION PROGRAM INDEPENDENT MONITORING COMMITTEE OF THE SANTA CLARA VALLEY WATER DISTRICT.
