Review and discuss the 2026 Recycled Water Committee (RWC) Work Plan and make adjustments as necessary, confirm the Committees next meeting date.

Body

 

SUMMARY:

Under direction of the Clerk, Work Plans are used by all Board Committees to increase Committee efficiency, provide increased public notice of intended Committee discussions, and enable improved follow-up by staff. Work Plans are dynamic documents managed by Committee Chairs and are subject to change.

Discussion of topics as stated in the Plan have been described based on information from the following sources:

                     Items referred to the Committee by the Board;

                     Items requested by the Committee to be brought back by staff;

                     Items scheduled for presentation to the full Board of Directors and

                     Items identified by staff

 

At the February 25, 2026 meeting, the Committee approved the 2026 work plan that has agenda items necessary for the continuation of the recycled water projects.

 

An updated 2026 work plan (Attachment 1) lists items for the remaining meetings in the year.

 

 

ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE IMPACT:

The discussion of the RWC Work Plan is not subject to environmental justice analysis.
