SUMMARY:
Under direction of the Clerk, Work Plans are used by all Board Committees to increase Committee efficiency, provide increased public notice of intended Committee discussions, and enable improved follow-up by staff. Work Plans are dynamic documents managed by Committee Chairs and are subject to change.

For 2026, staff is seeking Committee acceptance of the 2026 proposed Work Plan (Attachment 2) and the 2026 RWC meeting schedule (Attachment 3).

The RWC meetings are planned regularly for the 4th Wednesday of the month at 12:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) or as called by the Chairperson.

The following are scheduling notes for the 2026 RCW meeting schedule:
* The April meeting date may have a company event (Earth Day celebration) the same day/time and may need to be on an alternate date in April.
* The July meeting date will fall on the 5th Wednesday of July (July 29) due to a conflict with another advisory meeting body meeting the 4th Wednesday of July.
* The October meeting date is TBD due to a conflict with another advisory meeting body meeting on the 4th Wednesday of October, and possible proximity to the November/December meeting.
* Staff requests having a combined November and December meeting to be determined upon feedback from the Committee.

ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE IMPACT:
The review and acceptance of the RWC Work Plan and meeting schedule are not subject to environmental justice analysis.
