Approve the September 10, 2025 meeting minutes.

SUMMARY:

In accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act, a summary of Committee discussions, and details of all actions taken by the Committee, during all open and public Committee meetings, is transcribed and submitted for review and approval.

Upon Committee approval, minutes transcripts are finalized and entered into the Committee’s historical record archives and serve as the official historical record of the Committee’s meetings.
