SUMMARY:
Below are the draft agenda items for the upcoming Joint Recycled Water Policy Advisory Committee with the Cities of San Jose and Santa Clara:
• Review Proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budgets for Silicon Valley Advanced Water Purification Center and South Bay Water Recycling and make a recommendation to the Valley Water Board and City of San Jose Council to approve the budget.
• Receive information and provide feedback on progress towards the development of the Pure Water Silicon Valley direct potable reuse project to ensure our community is more drought resilient.
Staff from Valley Water and the Cities are working collaboratively on these agenda items.
