Recognize Vice Chairperson Richard Santos for 25 years of service as a Board Director.

SUMMARY:
In grateful recognition of 25 years of dedicated public service to the people of Santa Clara County, the Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) proudly honors Vice Chair Richard P. Santos for 25 years of leadership, integrity, and unwavering commitment.
Since 2000, Vice Chair Santos has represented District 3-encompassing Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Alviso, Milpitas, and the Berryessa/Alum Rock communities-with steadfast dedication and a deep commitment to the residents and businesses he serves.
Throughout his tenure, Director Santos has provided exemplary leadership on the Board, serving as Vice Chair in 2004, 2017, and now for 2024/2025, and as Chair in 2005, 2010, and 2018.
Valley Water celebrates this significant milestone as a testament to Director Santos’s vision, hard work, and enduring service to Santa Clara County.
