Receive and discuss information regarding the status of capital projects in the construction phase.

SUMMARY:
The 2026 Work Plan for the Board Capital Improvement Program Committee (Committee) includes monitoring of capital projects during all phases of development. Staff will present a list of active projects at each Committee meeting and provide detailed information on those where potential and/or significant issues have been identified. The projects presented for discussion will be organized by phases: planning/feasibility; design/permitting; and construction. Staff will present projects to the Committee for review one phase at a time. Projects currently in the construction phase are being presented at this Committee meeting. Other attachments may be included to provide more detail on other items associated with these projects.
Attachment 1 Capital Project Monitoring Report is a list of projects in the construction phase. A verbal report will be provided at the meeting with more detailed information about recent developments on the projects listed in Attachment 1.
