A summary of Commission discussions, and details of all actions taken by the Commission, during all open and public Commission meetings, is transcribed and submitted for review and approval.
Upon Commission approval, minutes transcripts are finalized and entered into the District's historical records archives and serve as historical records of the Commission’s meetings.
