Recommendation
Approve the revised Board Committee Appointments for the San Luis and Delta-Mendota Water Authority - Delta Habitat Conservation and Conveyance Program Committee - Division 4.

SUMMARY:
In accordance with Board Governance Policy GP-9, the Board annually reviews committee appointments and make changes where necessary.
At the February 27, 2018, meeting, the Board approved the Chair’s recommended Board Committee Appointments, including appointing Cindy Kao, Imported Water Manager, as the alternate representative on the San Luis and Delta-Mendota Water Authority - Delta Habitat Conservation and Conveyance Program (DHCCP) Committee - Division 4.
To allow an opportunity for additional District staff to participate in the regular meetings of the DHCCP Committee, staff is requesting that the Board approve replacing Cindy Kao with Nina Hawk, Chief Operating Officer, Water Utility, as the alternate representative
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact associated with this item.
CEQA:
The recommended action is a ministerial action and thus is not subject to the requirements of CEQA.
