Review and approve the Fiscal Year 2020 Board Policy Planning and Performance Monitoring Calendars.

SUMMARY:
The Board Policy and Planning Committee (BPPC) reviewed the Fiscal Year 2019 Board Calendars and the Board’s Fiscal Year 2020 Work Plan Goals and Strategies and incorporated identified policy and performance monitoring subjects and work plan items into the Fiscal Year 2020 calendars. The BPPC also identified items to send to the Board Advisory Committees as either information or for discussion and feedback to the Board.
This item provides the Board an opportunity to review, discuss and approve the Fiscal Year 2020 Board Policy Planning and Performance Monitoring Calendars (FY20 Board Calendar) and identify any other items for Board Advisory Committee work plans for discussion and feedback to the Board.
The current draft FY20 Board Calendars are attached for Board review and approval.

There is no financial impact associated with this item.

The recommended action does not constitute a project under CEQA because it does not have the potential for resulting in direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment.
